UPHA CHAPTER 14 ESTABLISHES THHIN FUND

With reports of neglected, starved and abused horses becoming more and more common, members of UPHA Chapter 14 have established a non-profit organization entitled the THHIN (Trainers Helping Horses In Need) Fund. The fund will help finance equine rescues from within the chapter that do real and actual good to save horses in dire need.

To obtain funding, rescues will apply for a grant from THHIN. Money will be made available to those that have a 501(c)3 charitable status and their further qualifications are reviewed by the THHIN Fund board.

The idea is simple, the need is there and the possibilities are immense.
